The GBV tribute album is out today! To celebrate, we’re playing at the Bull Moose Music in Brunswick, Maine! Come celebrate Record Store Day with us and pick up the double colored vinyl version of Sing For Your Meat!
Hot on the heals of our digital single release for “En Fluxx” yesterday, here are some details about that Guided By Voices tribute album (No More Fake Labels) that we recorded a cover of “Little Lines” for!

- Release date: Record Store Day! [April 16, 2011]
- The cd version will include a 5-song digital ep (our track is on the ep)
- There will be a DOUBLE mixed color 12” vinyl LP set including ALL tracks

Almost exactly a year prior to this coming release, we played a Record Store Day show at Newbury Comics and gave away cd singles of “Message From Limbo!”
The 15 limited edition hand-made “Message From Limbo” cd-rs that we made for Record Store Day. We gave them away while we played the song at Newbury Comics. More info on this EP that the song will appear on coming shortly…
Today we’ll be playing an in-store set at Newbury Comics in South Portland for Record Store Day at 3pm! To help celebrate, we’re announcing some info on our upcoming debut EP, TRUST. The 6-song cd will be available in June 2010, and we’ll have 15 hand-made cd singles of the first track, “Message From Limbo,” available at our performance today! This will be the first chance anybody has to hear the recordings from this album, which we recorded with Ron Harrity at Forest City in South Portland. Album artwork and full details will be made available later this week.
Newbury Comics is at 220 Maine Mall Road in South Portland, right across from the Maine Mall.

Record Store Day is “the one day that independently owned record stores come together with artists to celebrate the art of music. Special vinyl and CD releases and various promotional products are made exclusively for the day and hundreds of local and national artists in the United States and in various countries across the globe make special appearances and performances.” To celebrate this occasion, we’ll be playing a free show at the Newbury Comics store in Portland.
